    2. We are the parent company of Rud Pedersen Group based in Sweden with subsidiaries in Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany and Norway. Our head office address is Klarabergsgatan 60, 111 21 Stockholm, Sweden. Our subsidiaries include the brands Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, King Street Communications, Welcom and RP People.
  3. Personal data collected directly from you 

    1. We collect various personal data concerning you when you are using the Website.
    2. Registration of user:
      • You may be able to create a profile (”Profile”) by stating your name, address, e-mail and telephone no.
      • In order to create and manage your Profile, we request your e-mail address and a password. You can also create your Profile via Facebook Login. By creating your Profile via your Facebook Login, you simultaneously accept the terms established by Facebook. Read more about these terms here.
      • In order to create a Profile, you are required to accept our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, after which our processing of your personal data will take place as part of an agreement between you and us.
    3. Marketing
      • We use your contact details to send you promotion material via email, if you have signed up for our newsletter or our events.
    4. Inquiries
      • When you send an inquiry to us through our contact form, we use the personal data that you have stated in your Profile or in the contact form to answer you.
    5. Feedback
      • In order to ensure that the services we offer meet your requirements, we may ask for your feedback in the form of surveys, customer satisfaction analysis or market research. Any feedback received from you will only be used for the purpose of improving our services and will not be disclosed.

      • Stored until three months after you have decided to cancel your Profile, or you have been inactive for a period of three years without responding to our inquiries about the cancellation of your Profile due to inactivity.
    3. Marketing consent:
      • Erased as soon as possible after your deregistration.
    4. Inquiries from you:
      • Stored until six months after completion of processing.
    5. Feedback:
      • Stored up to five years after receipt. To the extent possible, we will store your feedback in an anonymous form, and we have a long duration of storage in order to measure our own performance over time.
    6. If we have reason to store your personal data as part of the protection of our legitimate interests, including for example legal disputes, we reserve our right to store your personal data for an extended period and minimum until the legal dispute has been determined.
  8. Transfer of your personal data

    1. We transfer your personal data to third parties when it is necessary in order to provide you with our service. Third parties shall mean:
      • Undertakings in the Rud Pedersen Group
      • Business partners
      • Security-cleared data processors, who are assisting us or companies in the group with IT or other services

    3. We also transfer your personal data to the above or other third parties if we are obliged to do so according to legislation or in order to protect our or the group’s interests in legal disputes.

    1. We reserve our right to make changes to the Personal Data Policy from time to time. If such changes are substantial, we will notify you via e-mail, provided that you have a Profile.
