Impact of COVID-19 on Green Deal & Climate Policies

How has COVID-19 affected international climate policies? Is there a danger that key pledges on EU and national level will be forgotten when China, Europe and the US begin recovering from the economic crisis caused by the outbreak? Or could it be, that closure of businesses, changes in travel patterns etc. has showed that change is possible?

The seminar will look into the situation in Brussels from a Finnish angle.
